A) Order Processing and Contract Fulfillment

To deliver your jewelry, we need your data. Without it, we cannot conclude a purchase agreement.

  • Processed data: Name, surname, delivery and billing address, email, phone number.

  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR).

B) Accounting

The law obliges us to issue and archive tax documents (invoices).

  • Processed data: Billing information, order data.

  • Legal basis: Fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR).

C) Customer Support and Communication

If you contact us with a question or a complaint.

  • Orders and invoices: 10 years from the termination of the contract (according to the Accounting Act).
